Our Shady Lady is a 4 year old, chestnut filly that stands at approximately 15.3 hands. She was never raced, but was in training so she is incredibly fit and well muscled. Shade has a striking figure with great confirmation. She is a sweet girl who trailers very well, stands well for the farrier and vet and has no vices.
Shade has been ridden walk/trot/canter/gallop on trails and is a wonderful trail horse. She crosses water, jumps logs and debris, and is very brave. She has been exposed to deer/turkeys/tractors/hikers/etc on trails with no problems. Traffic safe as well! Back in the ring we have done walk/trot/canter with her and introduced her to cross rails which she took to very happily. This girl would make a nice hunter/jumper or show horse.
Shade should suitable for any discipline. She does have a small chip in one knee but it is in such a place that it causes her no problems. She is sound and ready to go. She is currently up to date on vaccines but needs a new coggins pulled. She is also currently barefoot.
