KneesInTheBreeze is a very well-bred, 15.3+ hand, 7 year old, grey gelding who came to us by way of Beyond the Wire in Maryland. He is by Bandbox (by Tapit) and out of a Saint Ballado mare and just from his track photos alone, we think he looks like a pretty classy guy.

Breeze only raced 7 times with the last time in 2020. We don't know the exact timeline but the trainer said he fractured a sesamoid that was repaired surgically, but he just didn't really feel like running when they brought him back to race again. After that they took some time trying to make a pony horse out of him, but he still thought he was a racehorse when he'd get back on the track!

He is reported sound without known limitations. Our vet went over him and said he is very sound and clean. She could tell which ankle had the repaired sesamoid but he had excellent range of motion and no joint effusion or soft tissue swelling. He should subsequently be a contender for any discipline, probably up to Novice level eventing or equivalent (being conservative).

Wrap this all up with his overgrown-pony face and good looks - he's definitely one to think seriously about!
