Tuckerton Bay is a 5 year old, dark bay gelding that arrived by way of New Start for Horses out of Penn National. He raced a total of 33 times, with his last race in August of 2023. Tuckerton hasn't been very competitive which was the main reason for retirement. He has a great pedigree, being by Bullsbay and out of an Indygo Shiner mare. This means he has Tiznow, Lord Carson, AP Indy, and Yes It's True just a few generations back.

Tuckerton arrived with some changes to his left front fetlock but was surprisingly comfortable on arrival. We are planning to give him two months of let down to see how he fares once things settle a bit from racing. We are optimistic that he'll be able to do at least some light riding in the future.

Tucker has no vices and gets along well with other horses in turnout.
