Trappe The Gold is a 5 year old, bay gelding that came to us by way of Aftercare Charles Town. He raced 13 times and retired without any known injuries. His SI was a bit sore when he retired, but some chiro and some time off had him feeling great in a very quick time!

Trappe is a grandson of Tapit and Scat Daddy, this means he has other greats such as Pulpit, AP Indy, Johannnesburg, and others back in his pedigree.

Trappe had a good evaluation with our vet. He's very sound, very kind, and shouldn't have any limitations. We have been riding Trappe and have ridden him both on and off the farm. His second ride with us was at Fair Hill where he did 2.5 miles around the trails, crossed some bridges and water and saw bikes and other horses. He did great!

Trappe has no vices and is good in turnout with other horses. He's actually pretty much the low-man of the field. Has not shown any interest in mares and could likely live with them as well.

This guy is worth consideration if you want something super sweet, straightforward, or amateur friendly.
