Sayyida Al Hurra is a lovely, 9 year old, 16.2 hand, bay mare that came to us directly from her very caring racing owners. "Sadie," is very well bred being by Tiznow and out of a Speightstown mare. She raced 16 times and retired without any reported injuries. When her owner/trainer retired from racing, she retired Sadie as well and took her home.

Sadie has had a couple years now to be a horse and arrived to us in terrific shape. She had a great intake evaluation with our veterinarian who found her sound and also commented that she was likely one of the nicest quality horses she's seen come in for a while. Even jogging in the aisle she just floated over the ground.

Sadie has no vices and once she's had a week or so to settle into her new routine, we plan to start her back slowly, starting with some groundwork, and then let her lead from there. We think she's a lovely horse to consider if you're a professional or a serious adult amateur that's comfortable bringing something back after its had a few years away from the saddle.
