Sailor's Return is a classy, 8 year old, chestnut gelding arriving soon in partnership with Beyond the Wire in Maryland. This guy is a true warhorse having raced 72 times. As he is reporting due to an understandable drop in performance and not due to injury, we are hopeful he's made of iron as well!

This gorgeous guy is by Declaration of War and a grandson of Storm Cat (on his dam's side), which isn't something we've seen in some time! He must have been impressive as a yearling as he sold for $275,000 as a yearling in Kentucky.

While he jogged beautifully sound at the track after his last race, we will follow up with an intake evaluation of our own soon after he arrives. We will post more information once we have it!
