Paddy O'Guirre is a playful, cute, turning four, chestnut gelding. Paddy only raced twice retiring with a sesamoid fracture. He has since being with us completed his rehab and is now available for adoption! Our vet feels with his previous injury he will be suitable for a low level home and is ready to be restarted.

The winter weather and lack of indoor has greatly limited our ability to restart/work with horses. We did manage to work with Paddy on the ground a few times before the snow and ice came. He is very inquisitive and has a playful personality, wanting to bond and be close to his handler. We did get some free movement video and he is a cute, forward mover!

Paddy has been turned out with a group of geldings and is just as playful in the field as he is in the round pen. He likes his turnout with friends but is the boss when food comes out. We feel that Paddy will be a fun project for someone to bring along but does need an experienced handler who is comfortable restarting a horse themself.
