Old Line Magic was adopted in July of 2022 by Melody in Kansas. Melody is excited for Magic to join her small herd and become her next partner in pleasure riding. We know she'll do great and are so excited for her to find a lifelong home!

Old Line Magic is a 6 year old, 16.1 hand, bay mare who came to us by way of Second Call in New Jersey. She retired after 19 races, with her last race being in June of 2021. This mare is very well bred, by Street Magician and out of a Crowd Pleaser mare. She retired with a small apical fragment above one sesamoid and has had all the time she needs to heal and heal well! We took radiographs and our vet feels very good about her having an athletic and even competitive future without limits.

Old Line Magic is sound. She may benefit from front shoes going into heavier work, but has been in work walk/trot/canter with us so far and is a very pleasant, easy-going mare. She’s been ridden in our round pen and up in our arena without issues. She even recently started trail riding and could not be any better. She would be very amateur friendly as she has a great temperament, great brain, and seems pretty uncomplicated.

Are you looking for a real partner for hitting the trails, doing some shows, or playing with different disciplines, this is going to be your girl. She’s a very level-headed versatile type.

Magic is available now for $2,000 but this will increase with training.
