Nose Job, now “Snort,” was adopted in February of 2016 by Suzanne from Cochranville, PA. Suzanne is excited for him to grow into her new foxhunting mount and the two are already off to a great start. She’s reported several times him having such a great brain and we could not agree more!

Nose Job is a 3 year old, 15.3 hand gelding with a wonderful temperament. This guy was doing fairly well as a racehorse until he developed a throat infection that ended his career. Thanks to surgery provided through Turning for Home and after care provided here at ATR, he was completely cleared of infection and is now better than ever as Nose Job is one of our true upper level prospects.

We are so excited to say that Nose Job is doing great. He has been assimilated into a large group of geldings for turn out and is proving a joy to have around the barn. He stands well for the farrier and vet, has no vices, and is doing well under saddle. Due to weather and the condition of the footing, we’re only able to do basics with him but he is proving very willing and a lovely ride. Nose Job is predominantly schooling at the walk and trot right now but will do more when footing and weather permits.

Nose Job has no vices, a current coggins, and is is truly capable of being considered for upper levels after passing a soundness exam with flying colors. Please contact us if interested!
