Messy Lu is a very pretty, 3 year old, 16 hand filly that came to us in partnership with Beyond the Wire in Maryland. This girl raced 8 times and never broke her maiden and her connections chose to let her explore a new career rather than pushing her. She is by Done Talking and out of a Sait Liam mare which means she has some cool horses in her pedigree: Broken Vow, Dixieland Band, Rahy.

Lu arrived a little over a week from her last race and looks very clean and very sound. Our vet agreed and thought she had a bright future ahead without any known limitations.

Lu has no vices and is very sweet and super curious. While her first impression might come off like she's a bit "looky," she really just wants to look at something till she understands it, and then she moves on. She doesn't look and spook, she looks to process, and we think she's actually going to mature into a very brave, intelligent mare.

Lulu is currently enjoying some much deserved turnout and letdown time but is available to someone with experience who will enjoy bringing a young OTTB along. She's going to be great!
