Double Time Bay is a Pennsylvania bred gelding who recently arrived by way of New Start for Horses. He is a coming-4 year old, tiny, bay gelding by Bullsbay and out of a Real Quiet mare. He raced just 11 times. In his last race he was pulled up to avoid fallen horses on the track.

We're still gathering intel on Double Time Bay. He's been off in his right hind since arrival but there's nothing exciting on a physical exam. When we were able to dig into it further, we found he has an injury to a sesmoidian ligament in the right hind. While the rehabilitation can be time consuming for these injuries, they do have a good prognosis so we hope he'll be without limitation once healed.

This guy has no vices and has been very sweet and nice to work around in the barn. He's been handling his stall rest well and should fit in easily into any barn once he's all healed up.
