Dont Gotta Tell Me is a 4 year old, bay filly just shy of 16 hands that came to us in partnership with Beyond the Wire in Maryland. While this girl did a good bit of training at the track, she only had one race in May of this year in which she did not hit the board. She was bred in Kentucky and is by Tourist (by Tiznow) and out of an Indian Charlie mare.

Our vet found Dont Gotta Tell Me to have clean legs and she has no reported injuries. She was a little sore up front but also barefoot for her exam. Our vet noted she has one club foot and that she really should benefit from shoes. She expects her to be much more comfortable once we get some shoes on her and then should have a good prognosis for her next career.

Dont Gotta Tell Me has shown no vices and is getting some time to let down while we get shoes on her and get her comfortable. While we are in no rush to place her, she's available to someone willing to take a bit of a chance on her, who has a good farrier and is comfortable restarting horses off the track. She did come from a very good trainer and in our experience horses coming from his stable generally are great to work with and exercise.
