Chocolicious was adopted in March of 2016 by Kerry in New York. Chocolicious is going to be getting some time off to decompress from track life and work on her feet and we will update more when she’s back in work!

Chocolicious is newly arrived from Penn National’s New Start program and is in the evaluation process. While we hope to have a vet out to see her the week of the 7th, she’s enjoying settling in to our barn and routine here at ATR.

What we can tell you is that this lovely filly turns 4 in May and was lightly raced with only five starts. She was reported by her connections to have a mild club foot and to have come off her last race a bit sore in this limb. The foot is really mild on the club scale and we’re optimistic with some rest she’ll be cleared to go on to a fulfilling second career.

Chocolicious is very sweet, and our volunteers have been enjoying getting to know her. We hope to post more photos and information soon and will once we have them, so keep checking back!
