Smarty Day is a cute little 4 year old, 15.2 hand chestnut filly that had a very brief run at the race track. This girl was lucky to be retired early after only four races, and came to us sound and ready to ride. She has been ridden several times by 15 year olds on our farm and is pretty willing. Smarty could benefit from some confidence boosting, however, so we would recommend an intermediate rider or greater.
Smarty comes from lines known to produce nice hunters. She has a very nice ground and barn manners and no vices that we’ve found so far. She has a compact, athletic build that suggests she would do well in the more agile disciplines, and the vet said there are no limitations to what she could do.
