Fuzzi is a very sweet, 9 year old, 16+ hand Thoroughbred mare. She was retired sound off the track and then unfortunately put into the hands of someone who nearly starved her. After coming to our farm, Fuzzi has put on a lot of the weight she lost and we are beginning to work on her muscle tone.
Fuzzi is excellent on the trails and in the ring, she just needs polishing work. She does walk/trot/canter happily and even jumps quietly and safely, and there is absolutely no buck or rear in this horse. Fuzzi would make an excellent hunter, jumper or even competitive trail horse.
This mare has no vices and is not spooky. She goes out on trails alone or in company, jumps everything we’ve asked her to jump, and currently resides on pasture. Please come visit Fuzzi today!
***Fuzzi has been adopted by a wonderful first-time horse owning family who will keep her just down the road at a beautiful riding facility where she’ll get to work in a ring and then go out and have fun on the trails. The perfect life for Fuzzi! Despite an unexpected injury prior to adoption, her adoptive family has been coming out to visit almost every day and we feel they will give her an AMAZING home.
